Two things must already be true when the money lands. VIP4YOU binds when the account is created — the deposit screen has no promo field. And “Take part in bonus offers” must be enabled in My Account, with the profile complete and the phone activated, or the deposit credits as an ordinary top-up. If Bonuses and gifts already shows an active welcome and remaining bets, the bonus was credited: it is locked until the wagering is done — on the international offer, bets adding up to 5 times that amount on 3 or more matches at 1.40 or higher. A second “new” account on the same phone or UPI will not get a second full welcome.

- India — three winning single bets at 2.00 or higher, each staked at the full bonus and placed one after another. One loss ends the offer. Handicaps and totals are excluded.
- Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal and Zambia — the bonus arrives in two halves. One clears on accumulators; the other only counts inside the 1xGames section, at 30 or 35 times. That section is 1xBet's own quick-games area — the terms name titles like PF Dice, Pachinko and PF Roulette in it, some of which are excluded from the count. It is not the third-party crash games most people mean by that phrase: Aviator, JetX and Spaceman sit in the casino and move neither half.
- Tanzania — eight times the bonus, not five, and the qualifying legs start at odds of 2.10 rather than 1.40.
- Jordan and Thailand — we could read the offer but not the multiplier: those terms pages render their own numbers blank until you have an account. Rather than repeat the five-times figure from elsewhere, we say nothing and point you at your own bonus balance.
Ghana, Nigeria and Zambia also step the percentage with the size of the deposit, and their multipliers step with it. Every country page carries its own figures; the country list is the index, and it now says which rows we read off the operator and which still come from partner listings.

1. Was the promo code entered at registration?
The extra welcome with VIP4YOU is attached when you open the account, not after the first deposit. If the Promo code field was empty, skipped (the field is on the By phone form we captured), or had a typo, the first deposit credits without the code’s offer attached to it. You cannot paste VIP4YOU later on the deposit screen.
What to do: If the code was missing: the only clean recovery is a new registration with VIP4YOU visible on the By phone form we captured — the quick sign-up tab we have not captured. Do not open multiple accounts to farm bonuses (that can block both).
2. Was “Take part in bonus offers” switched on before the deposit?
The operator’s own welcome terms list this as a condition, not a preference. Three things have to be true before the first deposit arrives: every personal-detail field in My Account is filled in, the phone number is activated, and the “Take part in bonus offers” function is enabled. Money landing on an account that fails any of the three is treated as an ordinary top-up. The welcome does not sit in a queue and credit later.
What to do: Open My Account → Account Settings and enable “Take part in bonus offers” — every set of sports welcome terms we read puts that box in My Account, and the casino section of the general rules adds that it “can be done on the ‘Deposit’ page directly”. Complete the empty profile fields and confirm the phone shows as activated. This is the one cause on this list that a second account cannot fix: the box is a setting, so a fresh registration with the box still unticked lands in exactly the same place.
3. Did you look in Bonuses and gifts — not only main balance?
The welcome amount lands in a separate bonus balance, by the terms, not the money you can withdraw. “I only opened the main balance line” is the first thing to rule out.

4. Was the first deposit above the method minimum?
A deposit that fails, is reversed, or sits below the method minimum does not trigger the welcome offer. UPI, M-Pesa, bKash, Pix and cards each publish their own floor.
What to do: Confirm the payment provider shows success and the main balance increased. Check minimum deposit by method and the method guide under payment methods.
5. Was this the first qualifying deposit on a new eligible account?
The welcome terms we read allow one bonus per person, family, address, shared computer, shared IP and payment details. A second “new” account on the same phone, device or payment method falls under that clause even if registration succeeded.
What to do: If you already claimed a welcome offer before, support will not re-attach VIP4YOU. Use later promos if any, not a second full welcome.
6. Did you pick a different welcome offer?
Some sign-up flows offer sport vs casino. Choosing casino-only or a different sports offer means the VIP4YOU sports welcome will not look the way this site describes.

7. Is the deposit still pending?
If the deposit itself is pending, the bonus cannot credit. Crypto confirmations, bank reviews, or QR expiry leave the wallet flat until the payment settles.
What to do: Wait for the deposit status to show completed. If the provider paid but 1xBet did not credit after the normal window, open a ticket with the external transaction ID — full checklist: deposit not working. The bonus is there but the wagering bar has not moved
Check settlement before assuming a fault. The operator’s terms — in twelve of the sixteen markets whose rules we have read — count a bet toward the requirement only once it has been settled, not when it is placed. One slip waiting on a late kick-off holds the whole total back until it resolves. Check whether every contributing bet has actually settled before assuming the counter is broken.
My qualifying slip settled and still did not count
Check when the matches on it started. The same rules require every event on a qualifying ticket to begin inside the offer period — so a leg kicking off after the 30 days are up takes the whole slip out of the count, even though it settles normally and pays out normally. It is the condition nobody expects, and it does not show on the bet slip.
