Privacy policy

1. What we collect
BonusesInsider is an informational website. We do not require account creation, do not run forms that collect personal data, and do not sell or share user information with third parties. The only data we receive comes from anonymous analytics scripts (see section 3).
2. What we do NOT collect
- Names, addresses, phone numbers — we have no fields requesting them.
- Payment information — we do not process payments.
- Account credentials — we do not run user accounts.
- Email addresses — unless you voluntarily contact us via the email in the footer.
3. Cookies & analytics
The site uses anonymous analytics services to count visits and understand how pages are used. Currently
configured services (set in src/config.ts → ANALYTICS):
- Google Analytics 4 (when an ID is configured) — page views, traffic sources, anonymised IP. Configured with
anonymize_ip: true. - Plausible (when configured) — cookieless, lightweight, GDPR-friendly by default.
- Microsoft Clarity (when configured) — heatmaps and session recordings, used to debug UX issues. Personal data is masked by default.
How to control cookies: use your browser's settings to block all third-party cookies, or use a browser extension like uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger to block analytics scripts entirely. Blocking analytics does not affect site functionality — every page works without JavaScript except for the "Copy code" button and live calculator.
4. Affiliate links
The "Get Bonus" / "Use code & get bonus" buttons on this site contain an affiliate redirect. When you click and register at the partner platform, we may receive a commission. This commission is paid by the partner to us — it does not change the offer for you in any way and the bonus you claim is the same as if you had opened the operator's site directly.

5. Your rights
GDPR (EU residents)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify — correct inaccurate data.
- Erase — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object — object to processing of your data.
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Because we do not collect personal data directly, most of these rights apply to the analytics services listed in section 3. Use those services' opt-out tools to exercise these rights.
CCPA (California residents)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared or sold. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us via the email in the footer.
UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018
UK residents have rights equivalent to the EU GDPR above. Lodge complaints with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
6. Data retention
Anonymous analytics data is retained for the period set by the analytics provider (typically 26 months for Google Analytics, 12 months for Microsoft Clarity, indefinite but anonymised for Plausible). We do not retain any personal data of our own.
7. Children
Online betting is restricted to adults (18+ in most jurisdictions, 21+ in some). This site is not intended for or directed at minors. If you are under the legal gambling age in your country, do not use the affiliate links.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
