Bonus update

We read the operator’s own bonus rules market by market. Eleven of our pages were wrong.

Most of what this site publishes about local bonus amounts has come from large partner listings rather than from 1xBet directly. Starting 31 August we opened the operator’s own bonus-terms page market by market, through a connection in each country, and read what it actually says. Sixteen markets gave up a readable first-deposit rule. Eleven of them disagreed with our pages. This is the record of what we changed.

Three of the eight ran in the direction that costs a reader something — Armenia, Jordan and Uganda, where we were promising more than the operator gives. Uganda was the widest gap on the site: a 300% headline and a USh 1.25M ceiling against a flat 100% and USh 550,000. All three had the same tell. Our own screenshot of the sign-up card was showing the real figure the whole time — 60000 AMD, 75 JOD, 550000 UGX — and each page carried an FAQ that explained the gap away as a lower regional line. A question of that shape is not a content gap to fill. It is the page telling you the number above it is wrong.

Two conditions we never published

Both appear in every set of terms we read, and neither was on the site:

  1. You have to switch the bonus on before you deposit. The profile in My Account must be complete, the phone number activated, and “Take part in bonus offers” enabled. Money that arrives first is treated as an ordinary top-up — the bonus is not held back and added later, it simply never exists.
  2. The 30-day clock runs from registration, not from the deposit. Register on the 1st, deposit on the 20th, and ten days are left. One page of ours said the opposite outright. India is the exception: its terms run the window from the deposit.

A number with no source

Four pages — Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal — told readers that qualifying legs must be priced 1.45 or higher. The Bangladesh and Pakistan terms both say 1.40, with no distinction by sport, and every other market on this site said 1.40 too. Nothing anywhere supported 1.45. It is gone, along with the “for cricket” qualifier that came with it.

Two more figures joined the pages while we were there: the minimum deposit that actually earns a bonus, which is not the same as the payment tile’s minimum, and the markets where handicaps and totals are struck out of the wagering entirely. In Nigeria the two minimums are seventeen times apart — the cheapest deposit the screen accepts earns nothing.

What we still do not know

16 of our 47 country pages now carry figures read off the operator’s own rules page, and 22 more carry the figure printed on its sign-up card. Only 9 still rest on a partner listing, and after this exercise we would rather call those unverified than merely unchecked: of the sixteen we have read, eleven were wrong. Those pages tell you to confirm the amount the form shows after sign-up, and that advice is doing real work.

Some markets resist the check rather than fail it. Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan cannot reach 1xbet.com at all from a local connection — the request times out on the front page, from three separate exits, while the same setup loads fine for Jordan and Sri Lanka. Nepal’s terms page has not opened for us either. What those three do have is a sign-up card we captured, and that is now what their pages publish. Thailand is a different kind of gap: its promo tile and its first-deposit page both say 100% up to 4000 THB, which is enough to fix the headline, but every amount inside the terms body renders blank to a logged-out visitor. So the Thai page states the rate and the ceiling and says plainly that the qualifying minimum and the wagering multiplier are not ours to publish.

Update, 1 September: a middle tier, and twelve pages with no percentage

Reading sixteen markets changed how we treat the other thirty-two. A partner listing that was wrong eleven times out of sixteen is not a source we can keep putting in a headline. So every market where we hold our own capture of the sign-up card — 22 of them — now publishes the figure on that card instead, and says on the page that this is where it comes from. Ten of those pages moved up: Argentina’s ceiling went from a listed $ 136,500 to the 300% and $ 775,000 the operator’s own form prints.

The other 12 were the harder case. Their sign-up card shows a ceiling and no percentage at all — “First deposit bonus up to 130000 XOF” and nothing beside it. Until today those pages paired the listing’s 130% with the card’s ceiling, which states something neither source says. They now carry the ceiling and no rate: Georgia up to ₾300, Nepal up to रु 60,000, Côte d’Ivoire up to 130,000 CFA, and nine more. Two of them, Iraq and Lebanon, moved down — the operator’s screen shows less than the listing did, and we publish the screen.

The same pass caught something worse than a wrong number. All 22 of those pages already told readers, in the quick-facts table, that the wagering rule is not published on the sign-up card — and then stated it anyway further down: five times the bonus, three legs at 1.40, thirty days. That figure belongs to the sixteen markets whose rules we read. It is gone from the rest, along with the same claim in the wagering calculator and the by-country table in our bonus-terms guide. On the pages where we do know the rule, the calculator now shows the real one — eight times at 2.10 for Tanzania, three winning singles for India.

Half the bonus, in a place most pages never mention

Six of the sixteen — Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Cameroon and Zambia — do not pay one bonus at all. They pay two halves. One clears on football accumulators at five or ten times. The other only moves inside the 1xGames section, at thirty or thirty-five, and 1xGames is 1xBet’s own quick-games area rather than the crash games most readers picture: Aviator and JetX sit in the casino and move neither half. At Zambia’s ceiling that second half is K 110,250 of turnover against K 31,500 on the football side. A page that quotes the headline percentage and stops has described maybe a third of the offer.

The rule we had been stating everywhere, removed from the markets that never published it

The correction above was about figures. The larger one, made the same day, is about a rule. This site had been printing 1xBet’s international wagering requirement — stake the bonus five times over on tickets covering three matches at 1.40 or better — as though it applied in every market. It does not. Of the sixteen whose terms we read, ten publish something else. For the other 31 we hold no reading of the operator’s terms at all, and stating a rule for them was never anything but a guess wearing a local currency symbol.

Those pages now say so, in the quick-facts table and in the prose, in all nine languages the site publishes. Where a market’s own rule is known it is stated instead: India’s three winning single bets at 2.00, Tanzania’s eight times at odds 2.10, the two halves in the six African markets above. Where nothing is known, the page prints the figure on the card and declines to explain what clears it. A guard in the build now fails if any of those pages starts stating one again.

1xGames, read from the operator

The half-bonus above only moves inside 1xGames, so which games are in that section decides real money in six markets — and we had been describing it without having read it. On 1 September we did, through a Kenyan connection: the catalogue is headed “All games entrance” and carries a game called Crash, plus Gems & Mines, Plinko, Minesweeper, Crystal and Dice, which 1xBet describes as titles its in-house developers designed. Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Lucky Jet and Aviatrix are not in it — they are third-party casino titles and they clear neither half. The game grid itself never loads for a visitor who is not signed in, which is the same pattern as the rules pages.

Two of our own, same day

A script that rewrote quoted strings took the first and last quotation mark on each line, which on a question-and-answer pair is the opening mark of the question and the closing mark of the answer. Two entries on Mines and Plinko went live with a paragraph-long question and no answer at all. Every check we run passed, because both halves came from the same broken string and matched the visible text perfectly. Fixed the same day, and the check now fails on an empty answer.

Separately, llms.txt — the summary this site publishes for machines — said training crawlers are blocked here. They were opened on 25 August by the owner’s decision, and robots.txt has said so ever since. The one audience most likely to act on that line was being told the opposite of the truth for a week.

The methodology page now names which markets are in which tier. If you are on one of the 9, read the number on your own sign-up screen before you fund anything — and if it disagrees with us, tell us and we will fix the page.

Code VIP4YOU was not affected by any of this: it is still the single sitewide code, and it still binds at registration only. What changed is the size and shape of the offer it ties you to in five markets.
